Specialising in corporate and commercial law across East Africa, Patricia spearheads Imari’s Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance and Legal Advisory practice. She supports clients in developing governance frameworks, compliance programmes, data protection and privacy systems, internal policies, commercial contracts and institutional risk-management structures. Her mining work focuses on the corporate and commercial architecture of projects, including joint ventures, project agreements, contractual risk allocation, governance and CSR commitments. Patricia also brings maritime-law expertise to maritime operations, trade, logistics and blue-economy activities.
